Jessica Willey, CPA - Property Tax Litigator in Texas

Jessica, our Director of Equity and Valuation, received her B.B.A. and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has over a decade of experience at a big four accounting firm and one of the largest private energy companies in the country. Jessica started her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston for three years before entering the oil and gas industry in Financial Reporting at Hilcorp Energy Company and Harvest Midstream for nine years. She now loves helping to provide high-quality value and equity assessments that support property owners’ litigation efforts in collaboration with their property tax consultants. She also provides non-profit accounting support to local community organizations through her private accounting practice and loves giving back to those in need.
